BOX ROX is the ultimate fitness event designed to push participants beyond their limits. This competition incorporates boxing, strength, and cardio into one challenging test. Whether you are experienced in boxing or a complete beginner, BOX ROX is suitable for all levels of fitness enthusiasts.
Competition Details:
Participants will move through 10 stations
200 punches are to be thrown between each station
Competition is against the clock
